HITFAIR, LLC is applying for matching funds from the Hawaii Tourism Authority. In order to
be considered for the grant, at least 7 teams must submit letters of intent on or before Monday,
August 30, 2004.
This program will allow your team to enter a 2005 HITFAIR Tournament for
less than half price. Instead of a team fee of $52,138, it is reduced to only $25,584 (equivalent
to only $1,599 per player) - including air fare, hotel, rent-a-car and the possibility of
100% rebate (if you win the tournament).

Update: HITFAIR, LLC received 15 team registrations in time for the submission of the
grant application. Additional letters of intent are being placed in the status of
"alternates". If your team is interested, but missed the deadline, please do register. While
hopes are that all teams will be able to satisfy their monetary requirements, alternate teams
will be given the opportunity to take reserved positions in the order that the faxed letters
of intent are received.
