Permanent teams are guaranteed one of the seven slots in the October, 2010, HITFAIR tournament.

During the expansion period, permanent teams are guaranteed at least one slot per year.

A permanent team is formed as a limited liability company domiciled in the State of Hawaii
that has an ownership interest in HITFAIR, LLC. It is licensed to operate independently in its
own exclusive geographic area as a KonaBaseball.com-style Multi-Generational Hardball league and may also operate a HITFAIR
team for inclusion in a Hawaii tournament.
A proposed investment of $2 million includes a 15% ownership of HITFAIR, LLC.
The maximum number of permanent teams being offered is 3.
